Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I'm getting a p0138 code. When I look at the downstream o2 sensor on my scan tool it shows it being stuck at 1.27 volts on start up. Sometimes it fluctuates from 1.10 volts and 1.27 volts. Only after the cats and truck are nice and hot the sensor starts to behave. Is it a faulty o2 or something else.
