You are welcome! You can take the part numbers from that site and Google them, you may find them cheaper.

 

I would cut out the section of line and hose clamp on new rubber hose. Looks like they where rubbing the frame and wore a hole. Rubber hose will hold up for years and will cost maybe 20 dollars and take a lot less time potentially.
