2004 Ram 1500 start/stall, then start/stall, etc

Only time mine started and died immediately after 2 secs or so was clogged catalytic converters ,and happened quickly when problem started and would keep restarting and then die ,,couldn't breath ,,would think a code would pop up but maybe not , I could pull o2 sensor before cats and would idle,,

Ok, so there are 4 o2 sensors. One before each of the two converters and one after each of the two converters. I pulled them off one at a time and started the truck after removing each of the sensors. I started with the ones that were before the converters and then the ones after the converters. After starting the truck after each sensor removal, it continued to stall each time. I unhooked one, then started, then two, then started, then three, then started and finally all 4 and started. Each step, the truck would stall after starting so I’m guessing both the converters and sensors are working.

When it stalls out or try’s to stall out, the “check engine light” and the “red lightning bolt” icon briefly flash on but then go out when the vehicle continues to run. When I rev it up and hold it at 1500-2000 rpm’s, then there is enough momentum of the engine, that it attempts to stall, then comes back on. If at idle when it attempts to stall, then it just stalls out and I have to restart.
