Default 08 Ram 1500 heavy steering
08 RAM 1500 heavy steering when cold but lighten up when warm, fluid was flushed out last year, no leaks in pump or rack
Please help

Have you changed tires or anything like that recently? Correct fluid used? I ask because some pumps leak like a sieve or fall apart with the wrong fluid.

+1 for failing pump or worn spool valve in the rack....pump is cheaper...start there.
