Rotary noise while driving
Hi All,
I have a 2004 dodge 2500 4x4 that is giving me fits. Here is the deal I am getting a rotary sound when driving it gets worse as I accelerate at around 60 to 70 it is very pronounced. Almost a rotary with a vibration. So far I have replaced the front hubs as well as the transfer case and rebuilt the Front Differential replaced all 4 brakes pads and rotors as well. The sound is not quite as bad but it is still there this thing is driving me crazy.Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Had it up on the lift and could not isolate where it was coming from it was a little to noisy to hear exactly where it was coming from. Checked all the ball joints and the u joints and they all look tight checked all saw a little movement on the drivers side hub but not much at all maybe a 32th of and inch if that plus that is a new moog hub just replaced. the sound and vibration is at 65 and over. This one is really making me crazy had another mechanic look at it and they didn't see anything either.
