starting to regret it

In FL 3 times the charm for the same problem only. At least that is what it says on the little book they give you. Also, very important, as stated on the sale contract, we can only arbitrate these problems. We gave up the right to sue them for anything that is wrong with the truck. Unless there is a class action. Another thing, if they say that they are trying to fix it and they take in your car every time to "try" to fix it, the court will buy that. I swear, like my law professor said, "By then end of this class, you will hate lawyers until you need one".

Wow, must be something with the 05s. I have an 03 and the only problem that I have ever had (knock on wood) is the 4x4 module went bad and I couldn't get it back to 2 wheel and an evaporator leak.
Don't get me wrong I love my Dodge. My Hemi is the 6th Dodge vehicle that I have owned. If the lemon law is invoked here and my truck is 'taken' back, will I purchase another Dodge, absolutely, up until this point I have had nothing bad to say about them. I'm an easy going type of guy, my frustration at this point I guess is more with the dealer and keeping me abreast of the next steps and making sure that they are doing something to try and remedy the situation.
I feel the same way, I would rather keep my truck if they could just figure out the problem, and i understand nobodys perfect but this is an on going problem with mainly 04-05 HEMI. I have three friends with the same truck having the same issue's so this isn't just an isolated problem with one truck as many of us are finding out.
coryk4,
When you have your truck into the dealer next time, see if they'll set the idle rpm up 100 rpm. I have the 6 spd stick in mine, so I have some control over the load versus rpm response, and I notice that if I'm not prudent getting the pedal down slightly before you would an older stick, the rpm drops off too much and it dies. This happened several times when I first got it because I wasn't familiar with the newer tech and the way it operates.
I doubt it that is the REAL answer to the problem, but it may help aleviate the stalling at low rpm's

HAY I HAVE ONE JUST LIKE YOUR SAME COLOR AND EVERYTHING AND HAS GIVEN ME ALOT OF PROBLEMS ,MY TRANSMISION IS MESSING UP. MY POWER STEERING LEAKS OIL IT DOES POPING SOUND WHEN ITS IN REVERSE AND MY SUSPENSION SKEAKS ITS REALY ANOING CAUSE NEW TRUCKS SHOULDNT DO THAT!!
I feel your pain...my brand new truck dies on me all the time and I keep taking it to the dealership but they seem to think I am making the problem up because they can't duplicate it. I am so frustrated. I have contacted Dodge numerous times but the don't seem to care all they say is "There is nothing we can do about it" What is that CRAP. It is there truck and they can't help me. I payed alot of money for this truck and it doesn't work properly. Sorry I am venting this has been like I said very frustrating.
