Default Shift into gear an truck jumps an stalls losing power

Alright let see my truck has cut up on me an I have no clue to what it could be. (Manual trans) was at a stop sign shift into 1st to take off when I released the clutch the truck starts stalling an loses pedal functions (no power) I pull over cut the truck off an start it back its running rough idel up an down on its on. Cut the truck off an start again an its fine until I put it in gear an go to give it gas an release the clutch an it does it again. What could this be?

Only thing that came up when checked codes was speed sensor circuit. Changed that sensor an nothing changed.

Does it feel like you just dumped the clutch when you put it in gear?

Yes, an you can cut the truck off an it will be fine. You can baby the clutch an it will go but as soon as you go to release the clutch normal it cuts off
