Dodge did not have a 4.7 in a ram.....at any rate, I would do a compression check. How high was the water? Did it get sucked into the intake?

I believe that only the ram 1500 had the 4.7 in the ram series in some models as I know of several , but perhaps look under the truck and see if there are any type of loose wiring that may interfere with the running and check the intake as stated and did you change plug wires as well ? Maybe double chech connections to the plugs an coils an make sure its all plugged in properly

Unless it died while in the water, I would not expect mechanical damage. You should check the air filter to make sure its dry. Its a little strange that changing the plugs and coils improved it for a while.
I would think about sensors getting wet and retaining somewhat conductive water. Probably would not hurt to check for moisture in the crank and cam sensors connectors.

We changed the plugs and coil packs run better than ever before then the next day all the codes came back all with the same misfiring cylinders . Never checked the intake yet but why would it run perfect for the one day ?

Doesn't that truck have a distributor cap? Maybe its loose or damaged and is getting moisture under it causing the multiple cylinder misfire. You already did plug and wires, so I would just change out the cap and rotor while your at it.

When you changed the plugs did you disconnect the battery? If so that might have reset the fuel trim mappings.
I would want to look at live data to continue diagnostic before additional parts but checking for moisture in electrical connectors does not cost any money and is pretty quick.
