I have a 2008 ram 1500. Ran fine this morning when the wife drove to work. She came out this evening and it did not want to start.
Key cranks like normal. All lights are bright and good. Voltage is fine. Any suggestions before i change out the pump?

 

Try testing fuel pressure first?

 

scan for codes if you can

 

Have a helper turn the key ON not start and open the gas tank and listen by the opening. Should be able to hear the pump for a few seconds. My fuel pump went out no warning.

 

Have your ear in position when the key is turned on.
