Default Intermittent O2 Sensor Woes

Having some issues with my 2005 1500. I have the 5.7 Hemi.

As the title said, I've been having some O2 Woes. My CEL is usually on, but sometimes the errors will clear on their own. I'm hoping someone here can explain the weird O2 sensor readings before I start firing the parts cannon. CELs are attached, along with Raw data and charts with O2 sensor readings.

Probably around 200k. I haven't replaced them and I doubt it was done when the engine was replaced

That would likely be a good place to start then. Just do the fronts first.
