Default O2 sensor replacement

2002 Dodge ram 4.7 rwd
should I replace my 02 sensor on live data b1s1 is going from .07-.02 I had to replace my heads due to hydro lock and blown heads is my sensor bad or did my cat fail from 2 gallons of antifreeze going out my exhaust. I also had#1 injector pouring fuel and causing lots of white smoke out exhaust.

White smoke is coolant burning. Excess fuel is black smoke. Oil is blue.

O2 sensor is doing what it is supposed to. It won't hurt anything to change them, but, may not make any difference in how it runs. NTK or Denso sensors only please. Skip bosch, our trucks don't like 'em.
