I have an 04 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.7L Hemi. I bought it from a 3rd party a week later the etc icon on the dash came on and the truck would then run really rough. I replaced the Throttle Body fixed a vacuum leak, spark plug and coil that was missing. This helped the issue a bit. It went from happening multiple times a day to now once or twice a week. Still rough idle but I'm not sure what else to do or check to fix the ETC issue. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

You say the spark plug and coil was missing?

Maybe check the wiring. See this single response, I'd check for wiring harness issue he talks about.
