Question Codes won't reset

I have tried every key, trip reset button including battery disconnect overnight to reset my PCM It is a Stock 2004 RAM2500 5.9L Cummins, I cannot get the check engine light off and clear codes for everything I have fixed. I used to be able to clear them last year. Anyone else run into the issue or have a solution.

Go to your local parts store, use one of their scanners to clear the codes.

Permanent codes cannot be erased until the issue is corrected.

What are your DTC codes?

Thumbs down reset codes

P0541, p0532, & P2607 my grid heater was removed with the relays not needed in Phoenix Arizona plus I have a block heater for cold country. I just evacuated and recharged the AC system so all this has been corrected. I've been looking for a tuner (used) online but all I see are guys trying to sell ones that are locked to the vim without a clue that the unit does this. They must be stolen by what i can figure out. one guy said the smarty jr was in the cabinet at work for a few years and just wanted to get rid of it. I won't buy a used one till i know they reset their vehicle to profile zero and the unit is unlocked. I actually drove to one guy locally plugged it in and it was locked to another vehicle.
