Default P0300 on cold start. 2007 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi

I am at my wits end with this truck. Check engine light flashes with rough idle first thing in the morning, or after sitting for 5-6 hours. P0300. Have replaced Crank Sensor, Cam Sensor, sparkplugs with OEM coppers, coil wires, ECT, IAT, purge solenoid, Map sensor. My super chips scanner is reading my evap as a %, around 30 at idle. Truck runs fine all day, just that first start up throws a code. I can clear it and it won’t come back until the next day. Can someone help me?

I haven’t tested it, as it runs fine after that first 20 seconds, and doesn’t give me any problems going down the road. I still can’t find a definitive value of what the pressure should be either
