Default Spark plug boot removal rusted nut

I am replacing the plugs in my 2003 Ram 4.7. The first plug came out easily. When working on the second and third the rusty nut turns the bolt that goes through the intake manifold as well. I am using WD40 on the nut. Any suggestions on how to get the nut off without turning the stud or having to mess with the intake manifold?

WD-40 won't help you, you need a real penetrating lubricant. PB Blaster, or equivalent. Soak it down, tap on it with a hammer LIGHTLY a couple times, see if it wants to break loose.
