Here is a fun site for you. Unfortunately your truck, like many 3rd Gen Rams don't have turn signal flashers that can be replaced. What you will have to do is pick up a load resister instead.
As you can see in that link above the flasher option is grayed out, however the load resister option isn't.
This is actually my favorite site to go to because they have LED bulbs for every possible situation on vehicles.

I mean, you could've scrolled on by without opening your suckhole, that would've been a very reasonable thing to do, but here we are lol.
