So when the truck is hot and shuts off, when you go to attempt to restart it, it cranks over but doesn't fire right? Do you have spark when you're attempting to restart?

Correct, when I try to restart it, usually it won't start. Just cranks but doesn't start. If it starts, it will run for 30 secs before shutting off again. If you allow it some time to cool, it will start right up. Not sure if I have spark, I will check tomorrow. If I find I have no spark, where should I go from there?

If you have no spark, I would hit your distributor with freeze spray to see if that helps. You can do similar tests with other sensors if the live data isn't helpful in pointing you in a solid direction.

Great idea of using freeze spray on the sensors.

I don't have a distributor on this engine, so maybe faulty ignition coils?

I doubt all of them would go bad at once..... especially with the exact same symptoms. If you have spark, next step is to check for injector pulse. See if you are getting that.

I'd go ahead and smoke test the intake system just to check that one off the list.

I would hit the cam position sensor with freeze spray right after your truck dies just to see if it responds to thermal changes.

Just wanted to post an update: CAM sensor was the issue! Replaced and truck stays running now. Thanks for the help.
