Default Headlights Are Criss-Crossed

Noticed tonight how terribly my headlights are crossed. I’ve always wondered why they seem to not have the projection they should but it was foggy AF tonight, and let me see the real problem.

Any way to fix this?!

Are they the original headlight assemblies, or are they aftermarket?

If they are still the stock headlight housings, should be able to re-aim them.

These are aftermarket. Haven’t read any reviews of them that have the same issue I currently have. I tightened them down as far as I could so I’m not sure why they’re X’d

Just so I can check on these, where’s the side to side adjustment on the factory assemblies?

I had the same issue with aftermarket headlights. They turned out to be junk and I eventually bought a pair from 1A Auto and had no issues. Where did you buy the headlights from?

I’ve reached out to the manufacturer and told them the assemblies are defective and requested a swap for another set. Worst case, I’m sure the BBB would hear me out.

As much as I hate to say it, you're gonna have the same issue again.

I’m trying to be optimistic but also know you’re probably right.

I’ve tried products from A1 Auto and have been satisfied with them so might have to just bite the bullet and buy another set from them instead.

I have gotten a couple stock replacement sets from 1a-auto. They fit right, are reasonable quality, and have the adjuster screws that a lot of the aftermarket fellers do not. Not being able to aim your headlights is a major failing in design as far as I am concerned.
