I know the tpms is on. These are not stock tires they are aftermarket and whoever had the truck before me put them on. The noise started months after I bought the truck so im 90% sure it is not directly tire related.

I heard the sound. It does sound wheel/tire related, however are you sure it's coming from the front? It's worth a shot running it on jack stands.
