Maybe running a bit hot, but, aside from that, looks pretty good.

If it IS wet though, that is NOT good.

Factory Service Manual. Section 8I is where you will find the discussion. You can generally download a copy of the FSM for under 30 bucks or so from EBay, or Amazon.

Resistance for plug wires is 250 to 1000 ohms per inch of wire. For 33 inch wires your resistance should be between 8,250 and 33,000. Your numbers look good.
You mentioned that you were running iridiums, the plugs in the pictures are the standard copper champions. They don't look to have many miles on them.
If the plugs are wet and smell like gas, then I'd recommend that you put in new plugs and make sure they are 045 gaps. Also put in new air filter and clean the throttle body. This will help with air flow and hopefully address rich condition.
Are you getting any lights? O2 sensor?
For the FSM, I downloaded mine online for free but don't remember where, it was 10 years ago. I use youtube now more that I use the FSM these days though.

Forgot to mention the shorty wires. Look up Taylor Shorty wires for Dodge Ram Hemi.
I haven't heard a complaint from anyone with shorties. I mentioned them because you were considering buying new wires. Your current wires are fine though.

Hey JRSICk,
thanks for the comebackYour rite those are not iridium's for some reason I thought we went with IRs.
Or maybe my mechanic played me. Which seems likely.

I pulled just the one spark plug. From cylinder 1 . Electrode looked dry and in good shape.
it was the base of the threading 1st. Thread or 2 that looked a bit wet.

Denso wires are expensive . good too know they're in shape thanks for looking at my numbersI posted. I'll have a look at the Shorty's for my next service.

I'll upgrade my plugs too the NGK V Power soon. And keep the Densos.

Youtube is a fantastic source of info. Same with WWW. And Google.
I'll purchase the Service manual as well.

Thanks again . . .

It sounds like your problem is hard starting vice spark plugs.
Does the truck idle rough and hunt during idle?
Lots of possibilities with slow crank, I'd start with cleaning the IAC.

Does the truck idle rough and hunt during idle? No she idles just fine. It's a long crank then start.
intermittent..

Hey you administrator guy.
Suggested I start with fuel and spark. So I started with going though the wires.
Pugs are coming out for inspection next and replacing them 30k miles financial delay.
But tomarrow I'm going too run fuel pressure tester at the fuel rail. Called dealership
Ask what my idle fuel pressure numbers should look like. 48 to 51 . Sound rite?
I bought a fuel injection service kit from Harbor Freight. Guage and brass fittings schrader valveAdapters. MADDOX. Anyways going down the rabbit hole. I'll have a look at sensors tomarrow.
Post my results and findings then.
Thanks for the comeback.
