Default motor sawp

hey guys! Im looking to put a hemi in my 03 that had a 4.7 in it. i know i have to swap motor mounts and the tranny. i was told i have to change the pcm, cooling system and the fuel pump. is there anything that im missing and are there any tips you guys can give me thatll help me out on the way? this is my first motor swap. thanks in advance for the help!

If this is your first ever engine swap then this is not the swap you wanna cut your teeth on lol.

Personally I would not even attempt this without a complete donor truck fully accessible to me. That way you have everything you need ! and you can remove the parts yourself so not to cannibalize anything fyi 03 and 04 Hemi's are known to have have weak valve springs.
I wish you luck. This something I would of done years ago when I was younger.

Some are. You only ever hear about the few that did, the majority did not, like the 160k+ original valvesprings I have on a 2003 lol.
