But it didn't whine about that one?? That's kinda odd.....

Plug in the other one, clear codes, and see what happens.

I'm starting to think my pcm might be messed up from some reading I've done in the past but not too sure

You drilled holes in your cat, put spacers on your O2 sensors, bought cheap O2 sensors, then get cat codes?

Yea except I've replaced the cheap unbranded sensors with OEM. I compared all four sensor wires on the harness side and b1s1, b2s1, and b2s2 have the same wire colors and b1s2 has all blue wires. I'm a little confused by that. I thought maybe I had wired them in wrong so that's what made me check in the first place. I cant seem to find any sort of wire diagram that has the colors i need. Every site or forum i see has different color setups

The PCM reads O2 sensor inputs during closed loop operations of warm idle and cruise. The PCM does not read O2 sensor inputs during open loop operations. Open loop occurs on start up, warm-up, acceleration, deceleration, and WOT. From your description it sounds like the sensors are the problem.
O2 sensors try to maintain air to fuel ratio of 14.7 to 1 during closed loop operations. I suspect the holes in your cat have caused the downstream sensors to operate in an extreme range and give you the 0132.
FIrst thing I'd rec is to pull a couple of plugs on each side of the engine. If they are wet and sooty then your injectors are pulsing too much fuel. This would give you misfire and poor fuel economy. But pull some plugs and research how to read spark plug condition.
I'd also rec getting a live data code reader. Auto parts stores usually can lend you one, or read it for you. Readings at warm idle will be important. You want to see the voltage each sensor is providing.

So I guess I should have stated that I no longer have the p0132 code. I only had it when b1s1 was plugged in originally, with the crappy o2 sensor. Now that its plugged in with the new sensor, p0132 isnt a problem. In not sure if that changes your recommendation or not.

The 0052 code is for the heater circuit, bank 2, sensor 1. PCM is seeing high voltage..... But, I would EXPECT to see system voltage on the heater circuit, that IS how it works after all..... Got a scanner that can read live data?
