Default Leaking coolant between oil pan and bell housing

I came out to my truck this morning (2008 ram 1500 5.7) and there was a damp spot underneath and there is coolant seeping down the rear of the oil pan and so I checked my water pump and thermostat housing, dry as a bone, heater core was dry, I used my phone as a probe and saw that it is seeping from a plug right above where the oil pan mounts to the lower block, I’m attaching some pictures and video, please help!

Lower portion is the oil pan, upper is the block, also what’s up with this hole above the seeping plug?

Seepage onto the oil pan

No idea what the hole above is all about. Maybe a bolt hole for some other application?

The bolt there is likely just a drain plug for the engine block. (goes into the cooling passages.) Should be relatively easy to re-seal it, but, keep in mind, it IS a drain plug, and when you take it out, it will do exactly what it was designed to do..... drain all the coolant out of the block. (at least, no that side.....) Gravity being what it is, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it didn't drain the majority of coolant from the entire system..... Might see if you can just tighten it up a bit........ and the next time you flush the coolant, address it then..

It is difficult to determine the source of the coolant leak. How does you water pump look? Any leaking from that area?

That bolt doesn't look like the source of the leak. It might be getting wet by coolant, but I don't see it emanating from there. If you haven't found it yet, go to the autoparts store and rent a radiator tester (free when you bring it back), then pressurize to the max psi stamped on your radiator cap. Put some card board under the truck and wait for the drips.
