03 ram pcm question

Has anyone tried using a Holley system to overcome the 03 dodge pcm tuning problem ? Or is switching to the 05 the only way ?

I have an 03 that I am wanting to tune. can you give me more feedback on the issue with tuning these trucks?

And how would you integrate the Holley system into the onboard factory electronics?
