My 2002 also has only one cat, one upstream, and one downstream O2 sensor going down the passenger side. Think it was an 02-03 setup only. Parts stores always say I have two cats and 4 O2 sensors when I inquire about an O2 sensor, but they're wrong. Dealer goes by the vin when I call them to look up an O2 sensor and their system comes up with the correct single cat two o2 sensor setup.

I prefer this setup, only one cat and less O2 sensors to change if needed.
