Now you got me thinking... Are the oxygen sensors in a single catalytic converter set up different than the dual setup? Because I have some leftover new sensors from an 04 dual cat setup I was going to use in my 03

They work the same way, I think the only differences are in the length of the pigtail, and possibly how the connectors are shaped/keyed.
