Hi,
Ok, just found out that when the headlights are on, that is when there is a problem.

When the head lights are off there is no problem!

That helps I guess, and points to the headlights and as you say the turn signal sockets?

All info is good I guess.

Should be able to get new sockets if needed, but still wondering why the new sockets in the TYC assemblies are a problem???

Why would the sockets make a difference if they work???
It was a number of years ago... I think the wiring to the socket was configured wrong??? If your smart with electronics maybe you can figure it out? Otherwise go to junk yard... make sure to get sockets from OEM assemblies... 99% sure that is your problem.
Good Luck

Hi,
Thanks, well...the socket connects to a wiring connector, so the "wiring" should be good. (that means wiring is OEM)

I checked and can still get Dodge OEM sockets from the Dealer.

U-Pull-It, would be cheaper, but only if they happen to have the right truck.

PIA, anyway I go, but thanks for the help.

Wish there was a way to test or check for problem but see no way to test it?

Thanks again!

Hi,
Want to thank everyone, especially, "Big Guy", for steering me in the right direction.

Bought some new OEM sockets from Dodge, installed them yesterday and problem solved!

I don't like to just change parts, rather test/troubleshoot, but after everyone having this problem, with the TYC assemblies, on AMAZON...

Was pretty apparent, that was the problem.

Thanks again!!!
