Check your fuses. If not then that means something is up with either the bulbs or the connecting wires that go into the headlights.

Hi,
Thanks, seems if a fuse was blown then there would be some lights out?

All the lights work as far as I know...

Trying to help my sister, will look at the truck myself this week.

Just trying to get some idea what might be wrong.

This started with the new headlight assembly install...

Maybe the Mechanic, pooched a headlight socket wire, will check that out!

Did the new headlights have LED's for the turn signals?

Hi,
Thanks, yes, that is what she says..

I'm going to pull headlight assemblys back off and check for bad wiring...

And going to replace rear turn signal bulbs and stop light bulbs and marker bulbs and check for socket corrosion and bad wires.

Seems 03 RAMS have problems with rear brake lights, from what I read researching this.

I try not to be a parts changer and troubleshoot first, but if I'm going in, might as well put in new bulbs while I'm there, cheap enough!

Yeah, the circuit boards the bulbs plug into are notoriously flaky. Certainly not one of dodges better ideas.....

I had problems with new TYC on my old 03.... Try using the signal sockets from the old headlight assembly.
Hopefully you still have them?
