Want to increase horsepower in my 08 dodge 1500

Good Luck with that. There just isn't a lot of support for the 4.7.....

Especially the redesign. You pretty much have the high water mark for the 4.7, 310hp. Only place to go from here is boost or nitrous.

A superchips tuner might help along with a cold air intake, but that's only gonna help so much...

What do you have now, what do you want it to do when you're done, and how much wrenching/spending do you want to do?
Are you 4wd or 2wd? What is your gear ratio? Anti-spin or open rear diff?
I'll always recommend getting a higher torque rear end gear with anti-spin. This will give you a noticeable boost in acceleration and city driving response without reducing gas mileage.
A tuner would be the next recommendation.
The only site I know of that supports the 4.7 is air ram, you may want to take a look at what he has.
