Default 2006 Ram CKP

Hey guys I have a 2006 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I've replaced my crank sensor 3 times now. First time I replaced and didn't do a relearn. Misfires and stalling came back. Second time I replaced and did the relearn. Worked well for about a year. Now I've got the issue again and it caused me to stall mid turn and almost hit oncoming traffic due to losing steering with 33s. So I stopped at oreilys and grabbed another. Installed and drove home. My buddy is going to get one from his dealer that is oem and I'm gna install that and do a relearn. Does anyone have any idea why they keep failing? I'm to the point of being scared to drive it that its going to stall and bad things will come of it. About to say screw it and trade it in. Junk *** parts from oreilys or something else? Thanks in advance, didn't figure I'd go thru this much hassle with my 06 ram that only has 95k on the clock.

Thanks for a response. Do you think throwing an OEM sensor in it will work better? Have my buddy getting one today from the Dealer for me at his cost
