Default Almost complete rebuild, what else is worthwhile

Quick history- bought a 06 1500 5.7l (inoperable) believed head gasket was problem. Learned it was overheated and valve seat dropped. Damaged two pistons/spark plugs, water pump leaked at gasket and head gasket.
Procured-Two new head castings and valves/springs/seals.Eight pistons/rings/pin for connection to rods.
Rod bearingsHead gasket kitThermostat...
water pump gasketHead & exhaust bolts
I think that's it? I already installed the heads and gaskets and had the truck back running, however, I opted not to replace the pistons. Bad move, they were more damaged than appeared. I've torn it back down and am in process of replacing the pistons/rings/tube connector to rods, also rod bearings since some wear (pitting) was evident. I also learned the water pump gasket had slight leak so I'm fixing that too. Looking at the engine stripped down made me question - should I replace the timing components? And what else? The engine has 93k miles on it, so I think timing should be done? What else is prone to need replacement? I saw a timing kit which was bundled with an oil pump? That's when I decided to seek advice from you. Cam bearings? Idk. Please advise or ask what I left out. Thank you in advance.

Timing chain and gears wouldn't be a bad idea. After all, you are already there. Think I would do main bearings as well.
