Default Rear upper shock mounts?

Battling a bunch of rust on my 2004 ram 1500 frame. The spare tire assembly is completed rusted out and falling apart, I dont care about that but the that is where the the rear shock mounted to. Looking for the easiest way to get a new upper mount for the rear drivers side shock. Any suggestions? Carli sells fabricated upper mounts for a 2500. Would these work? Id obviously have to get them welded on, but it would save me a ton of cash. Thanks

Shocks have specifications for upper mount type. Shock manufacturers will have the specs for all of their shocks listed on their site.
See if the upper mount type for the 2500 part you are looking at is the same as your current setup.
