Default I can’t get this security light to go away

How do I get this red light to go away? I have no power to the truck.
Dash cluster doesn’t work, brake lights don’t work. Dealership couldn’t tell me anything

Go here, feed it your vin, and get a build sheet. Is there anything about anti-theft in there?
