Default Spark Pulg Wire Problem!!!

Ok guys, I was checking out my engine today. I was getting ready to put my underdrive pulley on when I noticed my spark plug wire was f'd up. I've had my Thundervolts50's on for 1 month or so. I have no idea how this could of happened...anybody know how? I guessing it's a manufactures defect...any help please!

Does not look like a defect in manufacture to me. Looks more like improper installation led to contact with either a drive belt, or some other component that was vibrating. That's an abrasion in the photo. You need to contact the place of purchase and see if they will order the wire you need. Think you'll have to pay for it though.

Guys, theres nothing on top...except for the intake. I talked to a guy today, he said a rodent could of done it...I guess he's right. There's no belts, heat shields or anything that could of caused it. Thanks for your help, guys.

Looks like chew marks to me as well. The edges are not smooth and rounded they look like, well, bite marks

Just gotta call the company and see what they can do for you. Now that it is getting colder, even rodents want a warm place to sleep such as in your warm engine compartment.

I actually took my pellet rifle and put out some bait, then waited for one to return, bam, minus one mouse.

It was actually pretty funny the next day when next to our dryer we keep a little trash can for the lint and my wife opened it to find 6 mice in it. I couldn't bear to kill all of them so I drove them out into the woods and let them go. I know, should have taken care of them, but I just didn't feel like it that day. Surprisingly enough, haven't heard or seen mice/evidence to this day, almost 9 months later!
