Default Motor swap 2005 dodge ram 1500

Okay so before I begin I know alot of the talk that will want to come to this but I'm looking for real advice. I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 single cab with a 3.7 liter v6. Now the fun part this truck was my little brother's he passed away in it. There's no chance of me trading it in or just buying another. I would like to swap the ruined 3.7 liter for a 5.7 hemi, or whatever would make the best swap and power. I want it to be a really bad a truck. Any advice would be great?

5.7 is certainly going to be the easiest swap, should bolt right up to your trans, just need the computer, and wiring harness to run it.

Total bolt in, don't need anything, Just drop it in, hook it up and go.
