Default 2007 dodge ram 1500 gauge backlight size

So i recently tried installing B8.5 led's and they all snapped in two trying to install as they were as tight as your oil filter after the 200 pound gorilla with the air gun installs it. I was going to do a full dash bulb replacement with LED as one bulb died but the ones i got from super bright LED weren't 180 degrees anyways and only lit half the speedo and tach up.

Does anybody know any 180 degree or etc LED's that will fit the cluster because now my temp gauge backlight has died to and I assume all my bulbs are going to go soon and I want to do it before my speedo and tach lights go out. Preferably something bright so I can actually read my gauges during the day or sunset instead of guessing as they get over shined.

Do you really want LED's for cluster illumination? They aren't dimmable, are they?? That'd make the dash pretty bright.
