Tire rubbing on upper control arm on driver side
how do i fix it

What are you driving? Stock size tires?

Tire size is good question.
When did you first notice the rubbing? Was there no rubbing for years then suddenly starts rubbing recently?
I'd jack the truck and check that wheel for play with no load on it. Particularly checking for bad wheel bearing, ball joints, or loose lug nuts. I recommend against driving the truck until you are certain there is not a safety issue.
