Default AC Dont blow

Today my 2002 Ram 1500 had an ac issue. It was working great as usual blowing really good cool air. Stopped at a local establishment and AC was not blowing at all. Drove about 100 yards and it started working again. Any ideas?

AC condenser fan might be toast. It's a common issue with these trucks.

Dead giveaway condenser fan. Stopped there's no airflow = no heat transfer. Start moving and airflow cause heat transfer to happen.

Was the a/c not blowing any air at all? Or was it blowing warm air?

Sounds like a bad blower motor or resistor.

These model did have a condenser fan next to the radiator. Check the fuse first and see if it is blown. If it is the fan has a short and is causing the fuse to pop. I think the fuse is #13 or #23.

Turn on ac and fan to wide open. on the passenger side floorboard right above where your right foot would rest is the blower motor. strike it on the bottom with a few good blows. mine did something similar to this, a/c running but no air moving. a few bangs on the blower motor and kaboom !!!! cold air started blowing. hope this helps I am a dodge ram noob by the way so this might be miles away from your issue.
