Default 04 Dodge Ram IAT giving me fits!

I have an 04 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi. It’s got 234,000 miles and has been a great truck for a long time. But as of the last month the check engine light will not go off no matter what I do. The code is reading IAT sensor P0113 intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high input. From what I’ve researched the voltage going to the IAT is supposed to be 4.9 volts and it’s at 5.3 so shouldn’t be enough to trigger a code. The IAT is brand new and I checked the continuity of the new IAT and it’s fine as well. I have tried to reset this code, disconnect the battery, reset it with the OBD code reader, and turned it off and on several times as well as drive it for a couple hundred miles and it still will not go off. Truck doesn’t seem to be running to lean. Idle is fine. Gas mileage is the same it always is but the light will not go off. Someone please help!

Plug in with a scanner, and see what the PCM thinks intake air temp is. Does the value seem reasonable? (test on a cold engine first, not running. See what it says.)
