Default Crank Pully Bolts Snapped

So 6 years ago the dealer replaced the front seal and cross threaded the bolts holding the crank pully. Three have snapped off. I tried drilling one and used a left handed tap and grade 8 left handed bolt. Bolt snapped
I'm thinking about drilling them out and retreading them bigger what size should I get. Any suggestions welcome. Ps the dealer that did it is out of business surprise surprise

Is that on the balancer? Why not just replace it?

Yeah replace the pully. But don't use the bolt to reinstall it either. Otherwise the next thread will be "Crank pully bolt broke off inside crankshaft, help"
