The 2TG package stands for Trailer Tow Group. This package is a Customer Preferred Package that includes heavy duty suspension, a heavy duty cooling system, an auxiliary transmission cooler, a 7-and 4-pin wiring harness, a Class IV receiver hitch, a 180-amp alternator, and two 4-pin connector wiring.

24G is 3.6L Pentastar VVT with ESS 8 speed Auto.

No clue what the mutually exclusive thing is all about.

 

Could the 24G package be a error? Because the truck has a v8 in it why would it have the 24g package on the the build list the build list says it is a 4.7l v8 but under the options it says 24g package could this be a mistake?

 

Apparently, there are some differences in packages, even with the same code, between Ram, and Jeep. I got the info from a jeep site. You obviously don't have the six, so, probably just manufacturer differences..... I don't seem to be able to find the info for Ram, might call a dealer, and chat with a sales rep.
