Default Overheating at idle

I have a 2005 dodge ram 5.7 hemi. It’s always been a problem Child sitting at an idol. everything has been replaced cooling fan water pump radiators been clean new hoses etc.. it does good in the summer when the AC is on and the cooling fan runs. My question is should a cooling fan be coming on also in the winter when the truck gets to a certain temperature and then back off when it reaches a cooler temperature? Or does that cooling fan that works for the AC does not come on at all other than when the AC runs.

Condenser fan runs whenever it needs to while the AC is on. Did you change the fan clutch?

yeah sure that everything‘s been changed on that truck as far as cooling is concerned. Now today is just fine go figure. I think there’s something going on with the thermostat I changed not too long ago either it’s inner minute or something else but I’m going to change thermostat go from there.
