I am having the same problem on my stock 2005 Hemi with 3k miles. It is now in the shop for the second time (here in L.A.) for the engine light. The tech is ordering a new "prom?"; however, he thinks it's the gas (I have been using 87). Many in these forums use 87 with no problem... It runs totally fine--so hopefully the part replacement and the use of 89 will help!

Eventhough the headers are Genuine Mopar parts they are the same Dynatech Header just with a Mopar Badge - just like the Mopar Cold Air Intake is an AFE with a Mopar badge and a different color. I have seen other posts where some are getting check engine lights after installing the dynatechs eventhough there is hiflow cats in the ypipe. What code are you getting?
If it's Left and Right Bank Rear O2's... that's why. That's the same code I had when I installed my headers and took the cats off.
Hope this helps.

well...mine was more like 37-40k!!!! so Im tapped out!!!!! LOL
but seriously....93 octane on the stock ECU is useless...and I have actually found it to hurt gas mileage...
For the break in I used 87 octane...and then I switched to 89 and acheived the best mileage and ride of all.
93 is a waste....this motor and the compression ratio does not require such an octane....your just throwing away money if you think it helps.

When I looked through my owners manual upon purchasing the truck i noticed that any octane higher than 89 is not recommended. I wouldn't recommend anyone using the 93 octane.

I also agree, the headers may be the culprit. I am just taking a stab like everyone else. I know with my Viper if I went headers and high flow cats, or worse, no cats, I would have to get O2 simulators or I would throw a code.

Guys, don't be cheap, get 93 octane...I mean it's only like what, a $25,000-$30,000 dollar truck? Spend the extra for the better gas, and help the life of your engine...piece
