I would pressure check the cooling system and see if the water pump is leaking or a hose.

You can rent the pressure tester (free when you return it) from any auto parts store. It allows you to find a leak without the distractions of heat, noise and moving parts. Pump it up to the PSI on your radiator cap, get under the truck and wait...

Grab your rad fan and rock it back and forth, towards and away from you. If any play, the water pump bearings are shot. Also if leaking, you should be able to see the white building/markings on/around the pump.

Concur with previous comments, good advice.
Coolant dries to a white film. Look around your engine bay, particularly black hoses and the Hemi cover, and see if you can find a spray pattern.
Also visually check your radiator fins, it's easy to see if you have bulges or distortion in the passages.
Take a look all around the top of your water pump, do you see coolant pooled there? Black light flashlights are cheap, and coolant will glow under black light.
Pressure testing is best option, just giving other areas to look.

I keep having a small leak at the water pump, but can't ever locate exactly where it is. The previous owner had a newer one on the truck when I bought it... I put a brand new one on it, same problem. I'm wondering if one of the bolts goes through the water jacket and needs sealant on it when you thread it in. [ 2004 5.7]

Here is my thread from when I replaced the radiator. Thought I had it fixed, but noticed its leaking again... argghh!!!
