Default Replaced sensors

I have an 06 ram 1500 5.7l and I just replaced several sensors. I did both knock sensors camshaft and crankshaft sensors. now my truck takes forever to fully crank before it starts

Mopar sensors, or aftermarkets?

Yeah, you don't want to go aftermarket on those, especially camshaft and crankshaft sensors.

I get that just not sure what to do now I mean truck will start and all just takes a minute to get there

You get Mopar sensors and put them in. Return the aftermarkets if you can.

Question now is is it safe to drive my truck to work til I get the mopar sensors.

It works, you just don't like how long it takes. Ultimately the aftermarket sensors will have shorter lifespans.
