A/C issues
So on my '06 1500, I haven't had A/C for about 3 years due to a massive hole in the line from a former owners aftermarket air filter rubbing it from poor installation.
I finally found the line needed at a PullAPart, got it cleaned up and installed. Charged the system with an A/C Pro unit. Once the gauge on the A/C Pro finally got into the green and the clutch kicked on, the gauge immediately went into the overpressure red. Now the clutch kicks on and off about every 4-8 seconds. When on the gauge is green, when off it goes red, and air never gets cold.
Any ideas or advice would be great.

O rings changed, did not add oil (didn't know that would be necessary), but no guarantee nothing got into the hole in the existing pipe as the hole had been there for years, but i made sure i cleaned out the "new" line as it had been sitting in the pullapart lot for who knows how long.
You need to vacuum down the system before charging it. It should be vacuumed down to 29-30 inches of vacuum to boil all of the moisture out of the system that got into the system when it had the open hole. The moisture will freeze and clog the system.
