Put a real mopar IAC in, reset the computer, to let it learn the new IAC. Go from there.

Finally was able to get it to turn over. I have installed new Mopar iac. How long does it take for the pcm to learn?

Disconnect battery, turn on some draw, that actually will create a draw. (step on the brake?) reconnect battery. Turn ignition to 'on', (not start) count to 10. (don't touch anything) Start the truck. PCM should figger out IAC fairly quickly.

Ok thanks I'll let you know how it goes. I should be able to run my obd2 scanner when it's in "on" position thru start right?

No need for the scanner for this process, I really don't know if it will have any effect on it at all though....

It's more about recording the live scan data during the startup. Also, do you know where I might could find how to reset the tps? Is it necessary?

Yeah, the procedure I detailed above lets the PCM relearn the 'zero' values for the various sensors. That's why ya don't touch anything there.
