Default Flashing lightning bolt help!!

I know my dodges pretty well but this has me stumped. Truck started running bad so I changed plugs wires and coil packs. Now my lightning bolt on the dash is flashing and has rough idle and popping back into the air box and will stall if drops below 2 rpm without holding the pedal down here's the big mystery if I hold pedal to the floor while it's running shut the truck off and restart while holding pedal to the floor and keep the rpms above 2 the lightning bolt will be on but not flashing the second I let it drop below 2 it runs rough light flashes and will stall here's what I've replaced so far, map sensor pvc valve throttle body (made sure to do the relearn process) changed the alternator checked all vacuum lines checked the grounds all look good help? I can't get a scanner to read the codes or get it to the parts store to have it scanned.

Isn't the lightning bolt indicating a problem with the throttle by wire system?

It's an electric throttle body last I knew the lightning bolt meant an issue with the throttle

So it should be either the pedal position sensor, or the throttle body. Since you have already replaced the throttle body..... I would be looking at the pedal sensor next.

The Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor could be a cause , but check an clean throttle body or replace an check regular sensors first and check codes ,,my 2004 which I bought from my nephew , he had tried many things first an could not solve lighting bolt , it would run good for 30 miles an suddenly go to limp mode an lighting bolt , shut off an run good for awhile an again quit , was very intermittent ,and was throwing several codes related to throttle body and emission leak large an small an other related codes ,,he had replaced throttle body an other sensors but did not know of the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor or APPS , once I bought it an fought it for a few weeks I realized that the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor was located under battery box and you cannot see it very well , removed inner cover at fender behind tire to access and found it , and its at least $300 if you can find one , but once I replaced it it cleared 4 or 5 codes an ran like a champ , but no way to check an make sure its your issue ,, and why I say check all other things first but it did cure mine an runs great now past 2 years or more
