Default Big 3 cable lengths?

I am looking to upgrade my alternator from 136a to 320a on my hemi. In order to upgrade my alternator, I need to upgrade my cables to 2/0 AWG OFC cables. I found a kit that works well. It is asking for lengths (there are 3 choices; 3ft, 4ft, and 5ft). Is 3ft cable length long enough? I am trying to order these cables today.

How far from the alternator output, to the battery, or PDC where it ends up?

roughly I measured just about 3ft. I am not sure that is enough.

So go with 4 ft. Better to have a bit too much, than not enough.... I haven't been able to find my cable stretchers for years.
