The video didn't post.
Are you sure it's the PS pump? How did you isolate the sound to the PS pump?
There are a few ways to listen to components. You can get a mechanic's stethoscope, cut a couple feet of garden hose and hold one end on pump and other against your ear, or you can use the screwdriver inside of a funnel setup.
Other possibilities include water pump and pulleys. The high pitched noise will bounce and be difficult to isolate.

When I did the PS pump on my daughters car, I went thru three pumps before I got one that actually worked, and wasn't hideously noisy. It was still louder than I liked, but, after changing the pump that many times, (different brand pumps too...) I was tired of dinkin' with it.

Make sure you got all the air out. Engine off, front jacked up, reservoir cap removed.... turn wheel lock to lock at least thirty times.

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 and yeah mine made the jittery whining noise but mine was caused by a slow leak in the low pressure hose. Now a lot of people do put the wrong fluid in the Power steering pump. It takes the same transmission fluid the trans uses. I fixed the leak with a new hose and clamps and have had no more trouble. Since you have replaced it two times, I would make sure the belt isn’t too tight causing bearing wear and make sure it’s mounted straight and not slightly out of alignment with the belt putting pressure on the bearings and causing overheating. Like I said make sure you are using transmission fluid and NOT power steering fluid.

A shop did it? Must be right then.
It costs you zero to repeat the bleed procedure. The one time in my life that I let someone else do an oil change on my car, the Honda tech left the oil cap off. Just sayin...
