I changed over the 2 on cylinder #7 already, as stated above, because it gave the error codes.

Haha, no problem.
I was digging a little bit deeper now into the problem as it might be in relation with the LPG system.
There are "emulators" that are switch "on" and "off" from the LPG control system when the LPG system gets activated.
These "emulators" switch off the fuel injectors and connect these wires to some resistors so the engine's control unit does not throw an error due to the "missing" fuel injectors.
I read that these emulators are faulty sometimes, as is the wiring.
Now this is the point where it gets interesting, as I was working on the wiring in that area.
I did not cut anything there, but tidied up the are with some zip ties and tape etc, so did quite some work there.
Will now remove all the tape there and check for possible bad connections / soldering connections etc.

Are you able to switch to gas to check out your fuel and spark?

Yeah, I can switch the system on and off.
Off means it is running from petrol fuel, on means it is running from the LPG gas tank.
When going uphill at 35mph at approx. 1500rpm on petrol fuel it starts vibrating/pulsating. When I switch on the LPG system, in that very second the engine runs smooth.

Hello again,

I tried a few things now, I ordered some "test plugs" to completely deactivate the LPG system and tested it - but no result, same pulsations/stuttering sometimes.
Today when going to work I re-scanned the ECU and it shows me P0307 again but no MIL/CEL was lit up.
That is the cylinder where I changed the coil pack and spark plugs already.
So seems there is a problem in that area.
What else might cause a P0307? Could it be that the fuel injector is not working good on cylinder #7? Would that cause a similar error?
I'm not sure, but I think it might be the wiring that could be bad there from the installation of the LPG system.
Will have to inspect it in detail now.
Thanks for any help!

If it runs fine on the LPG, then it has to be a problem with the gas system, and fueling is the most likely suspect. Try swapping injectors on 5 and 7, see if the miss moves with the injector.

Thank you, this is what I thought, too.
Would a bad injector or injector wiring also cause a P030x misfire code?
Funny thing is, on my way home the error was gone and did not come back the 15 miles I drove.
So seems to be intermittend?
Will swap the injectors, too.
Thank you so much for your help!

Generally, a problem with an injector not working, for whatever reason.... will set a P020X code.... but.... no idea how the PCM determines where the problem is.
